Hello @Jeremy37638767hsq9 it's been known for a while that Firefly and other generative engines struggle with words. The good news is that they are improving.
I see that your comment is from nearly four months ago and the system is still broken in this regard. I'm shocked by the failure of such a vital component of this product, as well as my inability to communicate with Adobe about it directly. Outsourcing tech support to other users is unacceptable.

The text-to-image functionality is not optimized for generating images with textual content.
You can use the functionality to generate images, and then add text independently. That way, you can also easily edit and style the text with the font/color of your choice.
