Alignment within a text box

Within a text frame is there a way to align the text to the bottom?

I am creating templates where I am including a placeholder "Headline here" aligned to my bottom margin.

I want the box to expand vertically upwards as the user inputs copy, rather than down and off the page.

This is so I can lock the position of the text frame (while maintaining copy editing) and stop the user from manually repositioning.

Unfortunately there is no method to do this particular function. The Text box automatically goes down. There is no way to lock the text box in place.

Seems like a bit of a gap from a function perspective, hopefully a feature for the future.
