All my projects disappeared from Adobe Express

I don't know how to reach you other than through this chat. All my projects have disappeared from my account. Any idea what happened?

This typically happens because you are logging into Adobe Express in a different way than you had previously when the projects appeared. It could be because you logged in with a different email address or logged in through another platform like Google, Facebook or an Apple ID.

Please test these and let us know if this helped.

I used the same method to log in.

I lost all my projects too. I signed out and signed back in. Once with google email and once using Facebook. All but two new projects are gone. This is the sort of thing that makes me want to go back to Canva.

You will always need to use the same method or email address when logging in. If you use a social login and that is Facebook, always use Facebook. Suddenly using a Google email will not be associated with your account or your work.

Also, projects created in the Adobe Express Beta are separate from the prior public version. Both have separate web addresses and all projects are saved separately at each address.

I use only way to log in. My projects I made with the old version are completely gone.

Same here but the public link just forwards to the Beta "new" version so there is no way of seeing or getting back those projects. You would think they would have told us "hey back them up they won't be available anymore" or something.
