All our "Your Stuff" recent files are gone. Even the ones we created last week, it seems they have been deleted for some reason. How can we have them back?
Thanks for your patience. Please ensure you're signed in with your correct Adobe ID using the correct profile. If you're signed in with your correct ID, are you able to see your files in mobile? How many projects are missing? What are the formats of the files which are missing? Were these projects shared with others?
Hi there, thanks for your feedback. We are signed in with the correct ID. The problem is untill a month ago the profile belonged to our co-worker who since has stopped working for us, therefore we changed the emial linked to the profile. We are midding all reecent files. they are not even in the deleted items folder. But our "Brands" are still there.
