No, I will not send screenshots.

No, I have not given you my CC information.

No, Loging out/logging back in and different browsers don't work.

No, Duplicating does nothing.

No, I won't send my project to a friend.

 

Nothings been resolved for the "Custom Brand Elements" that NO ONE HAS USED, but we still get locked out of our projects. I came back with a new account *hoping* it would be resolved. Adobe wants your money, and my previous account is a testament to even that not fixing the issue.

as long as we have not any specifics we can not help. What exactly is your problem? When you already had contact to Adobe Support you should follow up with them. If we can try to help you maybe we can fix some things with a workaround. Let us know.
