Always issues with PDF

This happens a lot of times when I'm trying to Save file as PDF. When I save it as PNG it is ok but the quality is terrible... when I share it as a link to other device it cannot be opened. What can I do? Screen recording is in attachment

This shouldn't be happening! There seems to be some issue with the layer blending feature. Can you please share the project URL with us so we can investigate this? You can do so here: https://adobe.ly/3GhtgjZ and adding our username. (please refer to the attached screenshot)
