Can't access branded templates [Spark question]

I can't scroll through my branded templates. It stops abruptly after displaying only the first few options.

Please advise.

Spark is now called Creative Cloud Express.  Do you have a paid premium plan to Creative Cloud Express or are you using the FREE starter plan?
