Can't import a font to any Adobe programs

Hi,

I've a font for a brand identity I'd like to use in graphics - and it's the only of the set that isn't uploading to Express (or photoshop for that matter). It's a slightly larger file size - 134kb but just won't go anywhere. Doens't say there's anything wrong with the file–just 'processes' for ages and then stops.

I just saw your post and wanted to know if you still require help, as it has been some time since you reported this.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies yet? Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
