The app won't even open. I downloaded it and tried to open and it just flashes like it going to open then says app isn't responding. I tried uninstalling and redownloading it but its still doing the same thing.
You guys wrote back stating to check my wifi connection.
I have already attempted that as well. Also tried it on just my phone's data and still nothing.
Hi @Lesli27402530tveu, Can you provide us with the make and model of the device you installed the app on? Also, mention the Adobe app version on your device.
Additionally, if you can, send us a screen capture of the problem so we can look into it more thoroughly.
