Even though I got a Premium account, every time I try to upload a new font or change the size of a design (using the Google Chrome Browser on my laptop) there is an information showing up asking me to test Premium. So why doesn't Adobe Express recognize that I already got it?

Have you tried:

  • Signing out and back into your Adobe account.

If that doesn't work on its own then I'd try:

  • Signing out of your Adobe account;
  • Clearing cookies & cache;
  • Signing into your Adobe account.

With the new update to Adobe Express it may be just that your browser needes to refresh.

Thanks for your reply, but that didn't work either. Apparently something went wrong with the registration. I got an Email saying my admin gave me permission to use the Creative Cloud (all applications). Then I signed in but my account still says I'm on free plan - strange, ain't it?
