Can you add multiple photos to a Adobe Creative Cloud Express project?

I want to create a post in Instagram that will have related images using multiple photos- like in a photo album depicting a story. Is this possible? I would create my own images in Photoshop, but I like to use the "pan" animation feature for the image. I have many projects using images and text story lines that would benefit with this ability. Thank you in advance for any help.
