Can you create a QR code for free?

I am creating a QR code sticker for business use.

Having used QR code generator websites which charge an annual subscription to keep the QR code valid and useable, I'm just wondering if you're able to create and maintain a QR code with Adobe Express for free? (My company pays for an annual subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud).

Yes you can make the QR code for free, but there isn't (currently) a way to maintain, track, or update the code after it's made. Does this answer your question?
