Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about this. Just to confirm, are you unable to download a PDF? If so, at what percentage does it get stuck? Are you able to download it on your desktop? Is it happening with all PDFs?
Try restarting the device or signing out and signing in again to check if that helps.

Hi there – the issue seems to be resolved this morning, although downloading was still a fairly slow process. It took about 20-30 seconds, but the PDF did download successfully!

@Lauren24451357clfy, I haven't been able to replicate this issue on Edge. Kindly try the above troubleshooting steps and give it retest it.

This issue appears to still exist over a year later? PDF of multiple pages says it downloads in Safari, but doesn't. Individual page PDF attempt hangs at 90% then fails.

Hi @LaFF61181, Welcome to our community! Can you please share the troubleshooting steps you've taken that didn't help you? Were you able to export in other file types like PNG, JPG, and MP4? Is it just the PDF version that is showing this error message? Have you tried exporting from any mobile device?
Sometimes, changing the internet connectivity also resolves such errors. Ensure that there isn't any active firewall or VPN.

Hi! I tried using a wired connection, logging out of my VPN, incognito mode in Chrome, using Edge, and I tried clearing my cache and cookies. I even logged out and back in and all that did was make me lose my files. I can download individual pages to PNGs and convert to PDF and combine, but then the file size becomes an issue and compressing makes images look terribe.
I have been using this program for a little over two years and have never run into any issues before and I don't think I'm doing anything differently than normal.
