Cannot Undo Resize – Stuck in Loading Loop, Original Design Lost in Adobe Express

Community Beginner ,

Hi,

I encountered an issue with Adobe Express and need assistance. Here's what happened:

  1. I clicked on the Resize option, and Adobe Express started using Generative AI to make changes I didn’t ask for.
  2. The browser then froze, and I had to restart.
  3. After logging back in, the project now endlessly loads, and the Undo button is no longer available.
  4. It seems that Adobe Express automatically saved the resized version of my design without giving me the option to undo or revert it.

I need to restore my original design, but I can't figure out how. Is there any way to recover the previous version of my project?

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you,

Jim

The issue has been resolved! I discovered that I could restore my original design using the Version History feature in Adobe Express. This allowed me to revert to an earlier version of my project before the resize changes.

Thank you for your time! I hope this helps anyone who might encounter a similar problem.
