Cant save a Instagram video I created in adobe express to Google Drive or Onecloud

I cannot get Adobe to save a video I created to my Google Drive or Onecloud.  I used an adove template and I have resaved the video to 

fit the proper Instagram story and it wont save or export.  WHY?????

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
