Cloud Express will sometimes freeze saving

Has anyone else run into this problem? I'm not very sure whats going on since I don't have a slow internet connection and its been happening frequently.

 

As you all know Creative Cloud saves as you work but many times (for me) it will completely freeze at saving and even though I can keep working on my project it just wont save. When I go to download my project it will download what the project looked like in the beginning, not after I've spent my time on it. 

 

I'm curious as to know if anyone else is running into this issue. I run on a iMac and use the safari web browser. Everything else loads quickly so its not my internet I am sure of.

We're sorry to hear that you've run into this issue!

Would you be able to clear cache and try again with the incognito/private mode on the browser you are using? Also, try using a different browser. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

I'm experiencing this problem as well. I get the spining wheel of death when I go to duplicate a project. I've logged out, logged back in, cleared my browser cache files. I'm using Chrome. It was working fine earlier today, but I cant get any work done. It won't pull up any templates either if I test starting out a new project. I'll try anothr browser to see if that works.
