I can't figure how to do COMPLETE book cover, only the front, which looks like a poster. How do I set up complete cover, and set up the size?

Hi Greg,

It looks like all the templates with the product are just for the book covers rather than front, back and spline. When you start a project there are options for creating a project with a custom size and if you have a paid membership there is a resize option where you can select custom and enter in custom project dimensions. Adobe Express only supports projects up to 20 inches by 20 inches / 6000 x 6000 pixels. If you are doing this for a commercial project it might be easier to use a more robust product with a more advanced feature set such as Photoshop or InDesign. These don't have these limitations, include things like guides and rulers, more advanced text and image manipulation options, but are more complex to use and learn. Adobe Express might work if you were using an online book cover builder like provided through Amazon. If you're doing something which will be printed commercially I'd discuss what is required further with whatever printing service is being used.

Best,
Dave

Thanks a million, Dave. To my mind, a book cover covers a book, and I was hoping Adobe Express had some hidden feature I'd missed for doing just that. I know about Indesign, which is extremely complicated. Now I'll try something else.
