Convert to SVG in Adobe Express - Availability?

I found it a bit odd that anyone (without an Adobe CC plan) can convert their images to SVG through this link https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/image/convert/svg .  However, within Adobe Express app itself as a Creative Cloud subscriber, this conversion to svg feature is not available.  
Anyone found the same situation?

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

Hi,

there are some features that are not directly integrated as Quicktool in the mobile App as it seems. For the hole Experience you can use it tn the Desktop Browser.
