해당 플랜을 무료체험 일자 이후 전혀 사용한 적 없습니다. 따라서 비용이 발생할 일도 없습니다. 저의 모든 플랜을 삭제해주세요. 이후로 결제가 시도되지 않았으면 합니다.
I want to cancel my subscription to the Creative Cloud All Apps plan. I used the plan as a free trial and canceled it before the free trial ended, but I am still trying to pay with my registered card.
I haven't used this plan at all since the date of my free trial. So you don't have to incur any costs. Please delete all my plans. I don't want any payments to be attempted in the future.

Since you canceled your plan and are still being charged, you will need to contact Adobe Customer Care. Volunteers on the forums cannot see your billing information. Do not respond to PMs, which are most likely scammers.
