I have an Adobe premier account but don't have the scheduler button on my webpage. Any ideas?

The Content Scheduler is only available on paid plans:

https://www.adobe.com/express/pricing

Are you 100% certain you have a paid plan that includes the premium version of Adobe Express? You can check here:

https://account.adobe.com/plans

If so, then you should see the Schedule tab on the left-hand side of the Adobe Express home dashboard, like so:

https://helpx.adobe.com/express/using/how-to-get-started-with-content-scheduler.html

Hope that helps.

Having the same issue. I have a premium account but it is through the univesrity I work for. Is there any timeline or plan for releasing this tool to enterprise licenses?
