Hi @이98A6 & @Sean29333726t95l,

Getting overlapping design assets is by design standard workflow when we select Graphic Groups > Design Assets.

You can try using some other categories, like Trending, Illustrations, etc., under Design Asset and check if multiple layers are coming for them as well.

Hi Jamiko,

I tried replicating this, and it worked fine for me. You could try once after clearing the cache/cookie of the browser or try working on a different browser to check if that makes any difference.

Also, clicking a design asset twice adds two to the project, but each one is added as a layer; in your case, multiple assets seem to be on a single layer only.

Can you check if this is happening with a particular design asset or all of them?

Let us know about your observations.

Best,

Amitej

@이98A6, Thanks for sharing the workflow. We'll let you know once we've investigated the issue. Can you confirm once if the problem persists after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser or in incognito/private browsing mode?

Hi Amitej,

I am also experiencing the same issue with design assets appearing overlapping (multiple assets on a single layer).

I tried clearing the cache/cookies and also tried using an incognito browser but the still had the same issue both times.

Thanks,

Sean

Hi @Sean29333726t95l and @이98A6, could you kindly confirm the troubleshooting steps @Amitej S has shared with you have resolved your issue?

If this is still the same, could you kindly test this again from a different browser?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and thank you in advance for your support.

I also have this problem with "Graphics groups" and with "Effect groups". Neither another browser (Chrome --> Firefox) nor clearing the cache solved the problem. I think that the problem exists only since a few weeks, before that - I think - the graphics groups worked.

Kind regards and thanks for support in solving the problem
Stefanie

Lg, 🙂
