I just discovered that roughly half of the videos that I created on Express last year have disappeared without warning or even notice. Has anything like this happened to anyone else? Note: Nothing has changed in my account status and there seems to be no rhythm or reason to which videos are retained and which are gone.
Thanks but it's not that. I'm familiar with that iteration of this problem—ie projects saved under a different log in— because it happened when my company changed hands and all projects seemed to suddenly disappear until I backed out and used a different log in. With this current problem nothing has changed, halft of my projects have simply disappeared. I am now considering abandoning this platform for one of its competitors—Express is just too unreliable.
You could try signing out and back in to Premiere Rush.
I also found another thread where an Adobe Employee (whereas I'm a user, like you, volunteering my time to help other users--as this is a user-to-user forum) recommended clearing your cache and logging into a new icognito browser window:
