Does any one know how to get the "add on" link on their Adobe Express side bar?

I'm using Windows 10 64

I must be missing something pretty simple. Thanks

The simple answer: Add-ons don't show up until you until you have a project or document open, then you'll see the link.

The not-so-simple answer: If you're using Express at a school or an enterprise company it's possible that Add-ons have been disabled by your administrator.
