When you enter a double or triple space after a period, all spaces (even a single space) is totally removed in the text box. Only after removing the double or triple space will the single space return.
As an example: In the text dialog box you type Hi. My name.... what is displayed on Adobe Express is: Hi.My name.... PLEASE FIX THIS!!
SOLVED!!! -> LETTER SPACING is the issue. Set to 0 and my problem is there. Set to 1 or more it puts the spaces back in. Please support add the ability with letter spacing to 0 to have multiple spaces after a period.
I was able to recreate it in Chrome - 2 or 3 spaces after a period = no space. I wonder if it had to do with the automatic distribution of the text... so I carefully AGAIN looked through all the settings and tried each one to see if it made a difference... BAM letter

(FYI, I'm an Adobe Express user and not an Adobe Employee--so there's nothing I can fix. I can only see if I can help.)
Which type of project are you creating where you notice the spaces being removed: web page, social media post, or video (presentation)?

Thank you Myra for the reply and the offer. It was a newsletter and I was using a plain text box on Safari. I didn’t try changing to the mobile app. It held to export because I only noticed it once I printed a draft.

It looks like you can maintain a double or triple space in your text if you edit your text for a flyer/newsletter project in Chrome.

BAM letter spacing did it. I bet your letter spacing defaults to more than 0. Thanks so much for helping me with this.
