Download Button looks like it will appear then disappear

Hi Community -

I am franticaly trying to download a project and print it out before an event, and I'd love your help!

When Adobe Express is loading on my PC, the download button on the top right looks like it's going to load, but then it disaprears. I cannot find how to download the project without the button. I have also closed the applciation and reported it, and I have refreshed the page. Any adive is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

We’re sorry you’re experiencing this issue! Please try the following steps to see if the download button appears correctly:

1. Sign out and sign back in to Adobe Express.

2. Refresh the page.

3. Clear your browser cache or try an incognito/private window.

4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox).

5. Please make sure that pop-ups are allowed and no extensions are blocking content.

If the button still disappears, a screenshot or screen recording would help our engineering team investigate further.
