Was this proble ever resolved? "We noticed your project has a file upload in progress. Please wait until the file has finished uploading."
I'm not uploading a file.
I tried the google drive add on as awork around. It didn't download.
I tried the Loading Bay add on. It didn't download.
I tried a different browser. Didn't help.
I tried duplicating the video. Same problem.
I shut down Express. I restarted my computer.
THEN... I got a notice pop up that the file had down loaded. Yay? No. The voice over wasn't there. I returned to Express only to find the voice over is now grayed out and no longer working. It took 15 attempts to make that voice over and several hours to get it right. Also, I can't download again because: We noticed your project has a file upload in progress. Please wait until the file has finished uploading.

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you still require help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and I sadly haven't been able to replicate this issue.
It may help to clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest Browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode.
