Hello,, you'll.

I am brand new for Adobe. I am using Adobe Express to make t-shirt designs with images generated by Ai, and write my texts. I downloaded one piece of art and uploaded it to make a change to the text.  How much I tried, I couldn't able to erase what I wrote before I downloaded. Please help me.

Hi

@Marvelous_day2932

,

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know when you downloaded the design and what file format you saved it in (PNG, JPG, PDF)? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue you're seeing?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun

You download an image, not the actual Adobe file you can edit.  You need to edit what you created in adobe express in the "Your stuff" folder.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I saved it yesterday, and it's a PNG file. I use Adobe Express to upload and open it to rewrite the text. I can add a new text, but I couldn't do anything with the text that I had already written before I saved it.
