I am editing my video on Adobe Express, and keep getting the issue like 'We've encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home'.

I've tried everything such as restoring firewall to default, deleting caches or using different web browsers, but none of them worked.

Please help me.

I am having the same problem (Error Message) with anything. I can't even download anything. I have to share it to my google drive then download it from there

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Could you try these steps and see if they help (I know some steps may have already been tried). Is your project a video or an image?

- Create a duplicate instance of the file that you're unable to download and try downloading from the copied instance
- Try downloading a different file to see if that instance succeeds? (Curious if the issue is unique to that one file)

- Test in a few different browsers - Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari

- Try clearing the browser cache - https://adobe.ly/4aBYQ6G

- Test in incognito/private browsing mode - https://adobe.ly/40zn7Ws

If none of these help post back with the URL of the duplicate instance
