Export Image Quality

I have used adobe express for 2 years in school, no problems. I can make the webpage and put all the photos in, download to my phone fine. This week I tried to do it from my house with my macbook and when I export the photos to my phone the quality is really low. How can I fix this?

Could you pelase check now? A fix has been deployed and we have positive confirmation from some users. (I am not sure if the fix requires a re-publish; I'd check without re-publishing first.)
