I have a Creative Cloud All Apps subscription, so why can't I use Express's premium features?

Hi there,
Do you get any error messages when using a specific premium feature? Would it be possible for you to share the screenshot of the error message?
Ensure that you log in to Adobe Express with the Adobe ID that has an active subscription.
You may also try clearing cache/cookies, logging out, and then logging into your Adobe account across all devices to check if that makes any difference.
