Express Schedule not allowing portrait images

I would like to use Adobe Express Schedule to post images to Instagram, however after adding several photos I clicked on the Preview button and all image were being shown as cropped to a 1:1 aspect and not the 4:5 aspect that I uploaded them as.

I couldn't see any way to change the aspect to the original.  I did see a "crop" function, however that only offered to crop my 4:5 image to a square - not what I want.

Can anyone help me?  Thanks.

Hi there,

Sorry for the trouble. This should be working fine. Please do not worry as we will check this for you. Is it possible to share the screenshot or a short recording to better understand the issue? The information will help us investigate the issue and find the root cause. We will check the same at our end.

We will be looking forward to your response.
