In adobe express, when trying to remove the background, I keep getting a timeout error. It happens most of the time, but not all the time. I have tried removing caches and different browsers, all with the same results. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you still get this error? How often do you get this? Do they come up just on Adobe Express webapp or other websites?
These errors generally arise when the internet connection is not stable & strong enough to handle the task or the server is unresponsive. They typically get resolved in a short while; however, I recommend switching to a different internet connection to check if that makes any difference.
Meanwhile, you can also use Adobe Express mobile apps to complete your work.
