Extended licence in Adobe Express

Access in Adobe Express is included in our plan but I can't understand if I can use the photographs for commercial use/ to use them in an app of our client. 
I read that I neeed "Extended licenses" but I already have a prepaid plan in adobe.
How can I check if "extended license" is included to my account?
