Fichiers introuvables sur Adobe Express

Bonsoir, je viens d'installer l'application Adobe Express sur mon nouveau téléphone, maios lorsque je vais dans mes fichiers, ceux-nin n'apparaissent pas. Pourtant ils sont bien présents sur la version web.

Comment y accéder sur mon android ?

  1. Have you tried logging out and back into your Adobe Express account on the new phone?
  2. Are you using the same account on both the web and mobile versions?
  3. Since when are these projects missing?
  4. Format of the missing projects - How many were Page/Post/Video?
  5. Can you share the names of the missing projects?

Hello, @Tarun Saini 

1. Yes, I've tried logging out and logging back in, but the files still don't appear.

2. Yes, I use the same account because I only have one. I used to be able to see the files created before migrating from the old application to the new one, but I had to do something because I can't see them anymore either.

3. the files are missing on my new smartphone since I installed the application. They are present on the web interface, but not on the application on my phone.

4. These were exclusively images for social networks (stories and square posts) and a few AI-generated images.

5. here's the last image taken this morning via the web interface on my PC: https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:01cbdd0d-94c2-5748-b252-9b3120b555fa?invite=true&pro...

The strange thing is that I've just created a test content from the application and I see it correctly on the web interface. So it's synchronized in that way, but not from the web interface to the app.

Thanks for your response. What version of the Adobe Express app are you on? Also, ensure that the app is up to date. If it is already updated try reinstalling the app and let us know if that helps.
