Files deleted from my account

I saved a handful of important logo's to my account in August of 2022, I just signed in to the account today and they are all gone. Is there any way to recover them?

Prior files can be located under your stuff, and you'll then see a purple box saying: "Looking for files created with the prior version of Adobe Express or the mobile version. We got you."

Please give it a try if you haven't already, and let us know how it goes. If so, please include a walk-through video of your steps so we can better assist you. Rest assured, we'll be happy to troubleshoot further, and looking forward to hearing from you.
