Hi @cumminsemp,
Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind telling us if you have a paid individual account for this feature? If you have a free account or an Enterprise account, this functionality is not available. Can you confirm which account type you are using?
We're here to help, just need some info.
Regards,
Tarun

Hi there - we have a similar issue. Are you saying that as an Enterprise customer we can't add or use custom fonts? We were able to in the previous version of Adobe Express.

We are having the same issue. I can't find any answers on how to resolve this. We have an enterprise account and most of my people have access, but 2 are unable to use the proper fonts because it is asking to be upgraded. The issue is that one has a full creative suite account (paid for as part of my enterprise account) and the other has only Adobe Express. Both having issues. I hope someone can help us figure out what is preventing them from using the tool properly.

Hi there - we know how to add a font, but these options aren't available in reality. There's not 'add' option when we look at adding fonts at the way described in the FAQ. And my biggest issue is that I DO already have the fonts, but when I share my 'Brand' with my colleagues, they stil can't use the custom fonts I've shared. This is a huge issue for us.

@Alana28388383fs65, @cumminsemp :
Did you search for the word "Enterprise" in the FAQ? Here's the section I was trying to point you to:

This is a really stupid change, why are only admin allowed to upload fonts? I have an enterprise account through my school, im not even sure who to contact to request approval for a font. That's an extremely roundabout way for a simple task. Why change this feature if the previous version worked just fine?

I agree - really bad change. Not only is it a bad change, it is not consistent. It works for some of our team members and not for others and we are all on the same enterprise account. Adobe, you all need to make this managable by the individual users.

Could you DM me the adobe ids (login emails) of two members of your team: one who can upload, and one who can't?
Thanks

Hello - this doesn't work and I've been in touch with your Enterprise customer service team. One week ago I sent a long email in response to my case explaining the issues we're having, and the urgency that we need to fix them, and I have still not received a response.

Could you please DM me your adobe id (email that you sign in with)? Feel free to include a copy of the email you sent previously as well.
Thanks
