• Test in different browsers  - Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox
• Try clearing the browser cache  -  https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050.
• Test in incognito/private browsing mode -  https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
• Test from a different device or computer
• Try uploading another image (maybe test a small image, 300-500kb)
• Test using another internet connection if possible
