Help Needed to Resolve Video Download Error

Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with downloading a video. A pop-up message appears saying, "Your document is out of date or has expired."

Can anyone please guide me on how to fix this?

I do find turning my computer off and on helps.

You are welcome. I always start with the simple solutions.

Make sure I have enough Ram and memory or other resources required on the computer. 

The other bit is clearing your cache.
Log out - Log back in
Turn off and turn on your computer.

This other method: turn off your wifi. I don't know the connection or reason. It has helped me w other Apps.
