I have a client who's requesting the kind of functionality shown at https://highlights.gspp.berkeley.edu/ in an Express webpage.

I'm hoping someone here can point me the way to these custon (or not?) features to Express?

Add-ons for Express are a great way to add custom features: https://developer.adobe.com/express/ ... although I'm not sure from looking at the page exactly what functionality is missing that you're going for.

@Scott.Olling

I think you're referring to the Glideshows within Adobe Express Webpages!

Can you add a glideshow to your project and then add text or image within the box under it? You can drag the box to make it center or right-aligned.

ErinF I'm seeing centered boxes on top of photos - how do I do that in Express? Also, pop-out photo enlargements? among other items - am I missing something? I seem to have the whole enchilada plan - but it's unclear to me if I can craft these types of objects?

Looks like I need the T-word here - will look into this further in a bit.

Any direction appreciated - thanks!

Hey @Scott.Olling, The webpage you've shared is an Adobe Express webpage. You can make such projects with the latest version of Adobe Express both on mobile & the webapp. Just search for 'Webpage' in the top left corner once you click the 'Purple circle containing +' on https://adobe.ly/44CaICU

Also, if you can share the image of what you're referring to from the website, I may be able to guide you better.

Our experts are also conducting some live sessions on Adobe Express and its individual capabilities; you can register as you like and ask your doubts directly. Please refer to https://adobe.ly/4a6D5u4 to register or to get more details.

Best,

Amitej

Thanks for this - I keep thinking about ways we can do web things without doing web things - our IT dept is always in the way, not leading the way. I am thinking about ways to go from Indesign layouts to web & translate styles and branding - looks like Express is following that path or trying. Lately looking for basic Esri Storymap functions, to make webpages like this one - https://wrcc.dri.edu/my/climate/tracker/CA and https://storymaps.arcgis.com/stories/9f71769a74c548ecba2e9ae465ffad42 - hopefully we will get there soon.
