Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!

It is not possible to add links to Posts or PDFs using Adobe Express. To add links to the published project, you can use another Adobe application, ideally Acrobat DC pro.

Adobe Express doesn't offer the option to add links to posts or PDFs. However, you can use another Adobe application, preferably Acrobat DC Pro, to add links to the final published project. For more you can also look at this: Etisalat Internet Packages.
