How do I make this in Adobe express p

I need to do the part in red on the second picture and I use Adobe express on my iPad. I have not found that shape or how I can make it myself. When I imported one I can't change the text "wide side", beside making it smaller/bigger, and make it fit inside, as you can see on the first picture.

Please help, or is this not possible?
