In Express it is possible to have text animate on a picuture, say for an instagram story. These kind of posts are downloadable as .mp4. The problem is that they are restricted to 5seconds in lengths. How is it possible to change the lenght of a donloaded video?

Thanks.

Hi swi_visual,

Thanks for writing in. Right now, this is the maximum size this app has. It's something we are looking into, though! This release is just the beginning. We want to keep our community in the know, so regularly, we'll share sneak peeks into upcoming features. We welcome your continued feedback– we're building this new app together! It's something we are looking into, though! You can directly let our engineering team know about it by creating a feature request here.

Thanks

Manmeet

Just been experimenting with this also - The text I am animating lasts 5 seconds (as per limits stated above) and when published it just loops in instagram every 5 seconds so its very annoying for the viewer without at pause.

As a workaround, I tried using the "combine videos" facility to have the 5 sec animation, and then 5 sec of still image (10 sec video). Unfortunately the video renders at a differnet resolution to the still, and you can see a slight background colour change.

This leaves using the app for posting to Instagram pretty useless at the moment (baring in mind the algorythm scores video over still image now) . I can really see the potential for this app, 6 months after this post it just doesnt cover features well enough at this stage to rely on 100% for social media workflow 😞
