I can't download old adobe videos from Creative Cloud Desktop

Can I or anyone else download our previous projects from the Creative Cloud Desktop from three years ago? 

I wanted to save some, for memories, and other important projects, but it doesn't allow me to download them or it won't show on Adobe Express on less I go the Creative Cloud.

Can't download 😞

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
