I can’t get the app to open

I created new docs in Adobe Express last week. Although I can see them in "my files",  I can't get them to open or even get Express to start up. How do I get back in to work on these established documents? BTW- I get a static page for AE saying Mobile is coming soon and that's the dead end.

Which browser/OS/device are you seeing "Mobile is coming soon" on?

Could you please include screenshots of what you see in "my files" vs. when you attempt to open the file?
