Hello,
I signed up for a free trial and canceled it on April 3rd. However, I got an email saying payment failed on my card. Thankfully, I did not have the required balance on my card so I was not charged. However, now I am unable to continue using my card because if money is transferred to it, I will be charged with adobe.
I received the cancellation confirmation email. I will attach a screenshot, but it is in Turkish. Please help me in this matter because I do not want to be charged for a subscription I do not use.

Also, I forgot to add that I can not change or manage my plan right now because I have to change my payment method (since the required amount is not in the card).

I've been chasing my tail trying to find out my cancellation status. Adobe tells me to go to Apple and Apple can't find my tail. Adobe has lost me as a customer. For my needs I'm going to buy "Canva pro". It has a 4.5 to 5.0 rating supposedly.
