This isn't how it is supposed to work, and we are sorry for the experience. Could you check if the project is accessible and has all the changes you made from the laptop in a different browser? Also, since when are you having trouble with this issue?
What OS is your phone (iOS/Android)?
Would you mind checking the following steps:
- Please ensure you're logged in from the same Adobe ID from the different devices you're using.
- Try Signing out and then back in from all devices.
- Try clearing the cache & cookies of the browser you're using, then apply some changes in the project and check if the project shows on the phone.
- Try duplicating the project and then check on the mobile device.
- Ensure that your mobile device runs on the latest OS and has the latest Adobe Express app.
