Hello,

Ever since the new update I have lost access to the camera roll on my phone for uploads. It simply isn't an option. I click "upload from device" and my photo gallery is no longer an option. How do I get it back?

Thanks!

Hey @DCIRISH79

This may seem like an obvious thing to do. Consider turning your computer or phone off and turning it back on.
I do find that this helps reset everything.

I am guessing you have looked under "YOUR STUFF", as well.

I just tried that.  It's still not available.  When I click upload from device, this is what comes up.  My gallery used to be in the options.

Do you not see all your photos under the Camera option?

No, that only gives me my actual camera.  No stored photos

Hi @DCIRISH79. Here’s a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check App Permissions

  • Go to your phone's Settings.
  • Navigate to Apps (or Applications) and find Adobe Express.
  • Open the app settings and ensure that Storage or Photos and Media permissions are enabled.
    • iPhone: Ensure “Photos” is set to All Photos.
    • Android: Ensure “Files and Media” is set to Allow.

Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall Adobe Express and reinstall it.
  • Log back in and check if the camera roll is accessible when you try to upload photos.

If the problem persists, consider uploading photos through a different method temporarily:

  • Use File Explorer: Navigate to your photos via file manager instead of camera roll.
  • Sync to Cloud: Upload photos to a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive or iCloud) and access them from Adobe Express via a browser.

Thanks ^CA
