App is crashing. Files not loading. | Outage Fixed - Sept 5th, 2025

As of Sept 5 10:36pm adobe express is not working and is unusable. Please fix this issue as I use this run my small business online and website posts.

What is going on? No pics are loading, all searches turn up blank, nothing is working. Ive literally had to write this reply over three times because it keeps auto spellchecking and entering different words...and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE LINK!!!

Same for me, can't access anything from any device, browser, and browsing mode. Unfortunatly my business is on hold until I'm able to access my files. I missed an important deadline because of this and I am seriously thinking of using an alternative platform

Just to add - its not just the search function - the usual list of all icons isnt showing at all and the section doesnt show if you select 'all' in elements like it did previously

Are you on VPN? Also, It may be due to a slow internet connection or a pop-up blocker preventing the panel from appearing. Try checking your internet connection, switching internet connections, disabling your pop-up blocker, clearing your browser's cache, or restarting the Adobe Express app and your computer

I have opened up Adobe express toady and it isn't loading fully for some reason. 

The initial 'Search' side bar won't load, and the Text/Media/Elements Side bar show as blank when I click on the item, preventing me from editing my file:

Is there a known problem with Adobe Express today?

 

Also, I have noticed a new layout for the folders, along the top. It now doesnt display them all and it is necessary to scroll through them, to try to find the folder you want or it 'View all'. Unfortunately the 'view All' option regularly disappears so I have to refresh the page to find it again. Could we revert to displaying all the folders or make it option to hide them or not.

Something has happened halfway through my editing a video. None of the tabs in the left hand panel are opening apart from 'my stuff'. So I can't use anything I need such as the stock imagery or text. It's so annoying. Adobe always seems to start playing around when I'm nearly finished with a video.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Are you on VPN? Have you recently installed any third-party pop-up blocker, plugin,/Extensions? Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? 

 

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV 

 

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
