There may not be a large selection of this. You might need to look through the existing options within Elements > Design Assets for vector-type images of fishermen and then add text for your funny quote. Adobe Express doesn't natively support saving to SVG but we do have an SVG converter here: https://adobe.ly/3WDEc0c
