Impossibilité de télécharger ma vidéo

Je ne parviens pas à télécharger ma vidéo.
Le téléchargement se lance, s'arrête à 20 sec puis un message d'erreur finit par s'afficher.

J'ai tenté via un autre navigateur, problème identique.
Plusieurs jours que je suis coincée avec ce souci, je suis un peu désespérée...

We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know what error message you're getting and, if possible, share a screenshot of the error. Did you use the video from your device or the Adobe Stock?

Also, have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
